Our open climb times are opportunities for anyone to climb on our wall while being supervised. We provide the basic equipment at no extra charge and can provide complementary belaying during most open climb times. Our aim is to be an easy entry point for the sport of rock climbing. Our 25-foot climbing wall has three auto-belays and 11 top rope routes, providing opportunities for all levels of climbers. Come and let our instructors introduce you to the exciting world of climbing. The Apex Center rock wall is your entry point into the sport of rock climbing. Other payments are also accepted at the check-in counter for daily drop-in rates.
Passes are scanned in Child Watch at the check-in counter. A Child Watch 20 punch card is also available for purchase. Each child, regardless of age, must be registered to a Tier 1 pass to check in. When two or more staff are available, children may play in Child Watch or out in the indoor playground when available.Ĭhild Watch fee is included with Tier 1 household passes, Tier 1 youth passes, and youth 20 punch card. Please see the sidebar for current Child Watch hours. Children may be checked in for a maximum of two hours. The same parent/guardian that checks a child in must be the one to sign them out. Parents/guardians must remain in the building the entire time a child is checked in. There is a maximum of ten children to one staff member with a maximum of 30 children at one time.
